Camping is great fun and is as popular as ever, with Camping Companion we make it even easier. The App is a handy little companion on your Camping, Caravan or Motorhome and Campervan trips.
The app features a checklist where you can add your own items, a camping light, camping trip and event diary and you can search campsites, check for the local gas station for fuel, it will even take your photos for you as well.
Camping Companion has now been updated to include directions to campsites and many other points of interest at the touch of a button. The Take Me There button will show you the way via Google Maps, it will even work out the cost for you.
NOTE: If using for the first time, please make sure your GPS is on, so it can pick up the campsites and other search's, if you get a blank screen please turn on your GPS. I have increased the search area recently after feedback from users.
I love camping myself I have tried to add items that will help other campers and the app is an on going project, so much more will be added with feedback from customers via our Facebook page.
